I have seen many users in this website who are
1. Sandbaggers
2. Have >10 accounts.
3. Does the act of Artificial rating increase.
I don't know number of this type of people is one or more because I HAVE SEEN MANY AND MAYBE THEY ARE ALL THE SAME PERSON.


[i am not specifying the usernames of those user because that will be against the terms-of-service as they said 'don't insult anyone'..
